Rock Beyond Belief is just over a week away on Saturday, 3/31, at Fort Bragg, and is shaping up to be an amazing day of fun and entertainment for the rest of us!
The lineup features a top-rated list of speakers and musical artists that is sure to impress, but since you’re reading this on our website, you are probably most interested in the kids’ activities. You won’t be disappointed! Check out the schedule of activities for the day! In addition to tables of activities (science, arts & crafts, games, etc.) that will be available throughout the day, we’ll have a mini camp program. It will all be loads of fun, but some highlights you may want to look for are bounce houses, a rock climbing wall, a giant pool of oobleck that kids (and kids at heart!) can run across, face painting, and an interactive session for older kids with Richard Dawkins!
Parents will be interested to note that Dale McGowan has also graciously agreed to visit our camp area for an hour to answer parents’ questions and sign books. If you have a book you’d like Dale to sign, please feel free to bring it. Don’t have one? Don’t worry! We’ll have some for sale along with some other super cool camp merchandise!
You can read more about the fun and games at Rock Beyond Belief’s blog.
There is no registration required, so you and your children can come and go as you please! Please note that it is not a drop-off day, though. Parents will need to stay with their children.
Everyone – civilians and military alike – is welcome! And it’s all free, so come on out and help make history with us!
